The scientific endeavour is a universal phenomena, and like all phenomena:
- Is a composition
- Can be understood by the circumstances in which it arose, and participates
- Is scoped –one, of a finite space of possible variations
Generally, all criticisms of the scientific endeavour are levied at specific aspects of the present implementation exclusively ^[ And noting, that despite shortcomings, the present implementation of the scientific endeavour has quite obviously achieved outstanding results resolving some universal phenomena: typically various forms of mathematics, mechanics, and dynamics ]: and the call to action, is revision, update, reformation; to a unified scientific endeavour, free from all scientific anomaly.
